Notice to Ayr Curling Debenture Holders

Are you one of Ayr Curling’s debenture holders? If so, Thank You for your Support! But now, we need to recall our debentures!

If you are holding one or more Ayr Curling debentures, you have two options:

• Request a redemption whereby Ayr Curling will issue a refund for each $100 debenture
  
• Donate the value of your debentures to Ayr Curling

Donated funds will be used to support current and future expenses such as building renovations, making our building accessible, building our capital reserves, or supporting our operating costs.

To exercise your debenture option or respond on behalf of a debenture holder as an executor or power of attorney, please fill out the Ayr Curling Debenture Redemption Form before February 28, 2026. If you still have the paper debenture, it will be helpful to confirm the debenture number with our records. You are welcome to keep the cancelled paper afterward.

If you know anyone else with a debenture who is not or is no longer a member, please forward the form link to them, or send their name and contact information to debentures@ayrcurlingclub.ca and we will reach out to them directly.
